The Team at A.L.E has Been Building Our Community for Over 30 Years

Our partners and clients are our neighbors. The same towns that trust us with their homes are the towns where we live, coach, and cheer, and we try to give some of that trust back wherever we can.

Built by Central Kentucky

A.L.E Roofing exists because Central Kentucky families took a chance on two local roofers and kept passing our name along. Every roof in Lexington, Danville, Lancaster, Richmond, and the towns in between was built on a neighbor’s recommendation, and we don’t take that lightly.

So when we get the chance to show up for this community somewhere other than a rooftop, we take it. This page isn’t a highlight reel; it’s a thank-you note. Here’s a little of what that looks like.

You Can Find Us at Events that Build Our Community

A.L.E Roofing is a proud sponsor of Special Olympics Kentucky. The athletes are the story here; we just get to help set the stage.

Building Up the Team That Builds the Community

Community starts with the people who climb the ladders. A few times a year we put the tools down and celebrate the crews and families who make A.L.E what it is.

When You Hire Local, It Stays Local

Every A.L.E roof is built by people who live here, and part of every project finds its way back into Central Kentucky, through the causes we support, the crews we employ, and the events we show up for.

Know a local team, school, or cause looking for a hand? We can’t say yes to everything, but we always listen. Reach out and tell us about it.

How We Show Up

  • Proud sponsor of Special Olympics Kentucky and its State Summer Games athletes.
  • Employee appreciation events that include the whole A.L.E family.
  • Local crews, local suppliers, and paychecks that stay in Central Kentucky.
  • An open door for the causes our neighbors care about.
